Easy Baked Potato Wedges
Let's do something savory this week!
I got this recipe from Recipezaar.com. It's very easy and very tasty!
4 large potatoes
1/4 c. cooking oil (I use olive)
1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese (I put 1/4 c.)
1 tsp. Salt (I put 1/2 tsp.)
1 Tbsp. Paprika (I put 2 Tbsp.)
1/2 tsp. Pepper (I put 1/4 tsp.)
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder (I minced 3 fresh cloves)
1. Wash potatoes well, cut into wedges.
2. Oil a cookie sheet or baking dish, and place potatoes, skin-side down.
3. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and brush onto potatoes. (I think I just tossed the potatoes in the bowl with the mixture to coat them well.)
4. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. (Stir the potatoes around every now and then to prevent sticking.)
