Make pancakes according to your favorite recipe (or use the one I have included). Butter them, then let cool a little. Using a cookie cutter or a buttered knife, make a heart cut out.
Prepare a fruit salad. Shown here are bananas, kiwi, and purple grapes.
Drizzle honey or syrup and sprinkle with powder sugar.

Whole Wheat Banana Pancakes
2 c. Whole Wheat Flour
2 tsp. Sugar
2 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. Baking soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
2 1/2 to 3 c. milk (to desired consistency)
1 tsp. Vanilla
4 tsp. Vegetable oil
1 Banana, mashed
Mix the dry ingredients together, then add the wet ingredients. The batter will be slightly lumpy from the banana. Cook on a medium-low heat pan or about 300 degrees on a griddle. Enjoy!
