My friend Mary shared this recipe with me a few months ago and it has become a staple in my meal planning. We all love it! I always have made it vegetarian style, without the sausage, and using 2 cans of black beans and 1 can of red beans, instead of all 3 cans of black beans. It has just the right amount of chili powder and cumin. It's fast, filling, and delicious!
